Answers for some frequently asked questions. Maybe you will find a solution for your problem.

Color changer:

Again and again we receive questions regarding the color changer strings and the aluminium markers. Here we have some hints:

• Never write something on the gel in the area of the markers and the light sensor on the bottom of the string! The inscription can be recognized as a marker and the positioning will be completely wrong!
• Use always a temperature stable tape for connecting the single color frames.  When the tape is aging, it can detach and roll itself. This can be also recognized as a marker and the positioning will be wrong!
• Take care on the attachment of the end and the start of the string on the rolls. It must be well fixed.
• Always use aluminium markers. Tape and other materials can sometimes not be realized by the device!
• Make sure that the string is moving through the light sensor.
• Always fix the string only on the middle wheel. Do not fix two or three times!
